Once completed, please fax the letter back to: 303-462-3271. When the change is effective, we will contact you with your setup insructions and your username and password. • As a client of Premier Financial Benefits, LLC you will receive objective advice on many of the most competitive plans available in your health insurance market. We will help you build the correct benefit plan based on your needs and desires. We will help you financially breakdown the differences in the plans.
• Each year at plan renewal we will run a review of your plan including quotes from other carriers in the market. This way you can stay on top of changes in the market, and react accordingly.
• You will have access to our Premier HR benefits administration portal so that you may simply and effectively communicate with your employees, your insurance carrier and us.
• We will do our best each day to respond your service needs and answer your questions.
• We do not charge an additional fee for service. We simply ask to be the broker you choose to service your company benefit plans.
